Gail Ruiz was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and is currently working on her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Florida International University, Miami, Florida.
Installation, painting, photography and text, are the main mediums which Gail Ruiz utilizes in her art. She explores the forces and events which affect and appear to interrupt everyday life, such as spirituality, crime, death, and the power of the media over our minds. |
