Marketplace Art Fest
Invitation to Artists
We invite you to participate in the 2012 Artist Marketplace to be held at the beautiful Southampton Inn, Southampton, New York. Artists in a variety of media will be represented. Marketplace items will include fine art paintings, mixed media, photography, ceramics, and handcrafted jewelry, textiles and accessories.
Marketplace Dates
August 11 – 12 (Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm)
August 18 – 19 (Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm)
August 25 – 26 (Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm)
Participation Fee
One Weekend: $300.00
Two Weekends: $575.00
Three Weekends: $850.00
(The participation fee includes: 8’ x 8’ display area, one 6-foot table, and 2 chairs)
Application Deadline
Deadline for all applications accompanied by 50% non-refundable deposit is Friday, July 28, 2012. Payments are to be made via Pay Pal or Credit Card. No personal checks will be accepted. All applicants must provide four digital images of items proposed for sale, along with your bio.
