DiasporaVibe Gallery (the "Gallery") provides a virtual shopping cart for your convenience. Upon entering the Gallery, you are automatically assigned a shopping cart ID for placement of items for purchase. Feel free to browse and add art to your cart; you can change your order at any time, just re-enter the data desired.

There will be a 10 working days delay on all orders paid by check to allow the check to clear. Orders paid by bank check or money order will be shipped immediately. |
Shipping Information
U.S. Shipping Information
Shipping is included on all items to be delivered to U.S addresses via FEDEX Three Day Service. Next day service is also available via FEDEX, for an additional charge.
International Shipping Information
We reserve the right to change prices for international orders due to different circunstances (weight, sizes. destinantion, etc...). If any ajustment shall be made, we will contact you to get approval on mail charges before shipping.
What about customs?
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

All art work belong to the Gallery and the respective artists. Reproduction of any work shown on the website or any unauthorized sale is totally prohibited. We have instituted a tracking system to track any illegal copy use of the art work on the Internet.
The Gallery will exercise any and all legal remedies to pursue claims for unauthorized copying or use of any artwork.
